Tofu Salad:

Ingredients:
1. 250 gms firm tofu
2. 4tsp chilli sauce
3. 1tsp soya sauce
4. Mixed chopped vegetables.
5. 25gms roasted peanuts

Method:

Drain the tofu and cut into chunks. Mix 2tsp chilli sauce and soya sauce and marinate the tofu in this for 15mins. Heat oil and fry the marinated tofu. Toss greens and vegetables with remaining 2tsp chilli sauce and roasted peanuts. Spoon the tofu over the salad and serve.

Chicken salad:

Ingredients:

1. 4 boneless chicken breast
2. 1 egg white
3. 3/4 cup sesame seeds
4. 1/2 cup honey
5. 1/4 cup soya sauce
6. Mixed chopped vegetables

Method:

Brush the boneless chicken breasts with the egg white and press them into the sesame seeds. Heat oil and cook chicken till it turns golden brown. For the dressing, mix honey and soya sauce together. Toss with the mixed salad. Add the cooked chicken breasts and serve.
